Healthy Eating #1
Lately I have been trying to eat healthy and also at the same time lose a little bit of weight for my health and also to help me with my sports at the same time. We athletes don't really have time to eat on time and we tend to miss some meals along the way of busy schedules. So I have this problem that I love to snack on unhealthy things in the middle of the night or past my dinner time. So these are what I try to binge on whenever I get hungry and it helps me get distracted from wanting to eat other things. I usually eat the Greek Yoghurt with some fruits so that it gives a little sweetness to the yoghurt. Banana has always been one of my favourite fruits whenever I bowl and also as a snack. Basically these are the things that you could snack on if you ever feel hungry.
