Food For Sports.

People often mistake to eat unhealthy food when exercising or doing sports. So here are some tips on what you should eat to gain energy for competitions or when exercising. So for me the most important and also what people are afraid of taking are carbs. Yes I know carbs can make you gain weight but we athletes need those carbs to generate energy because while working out we might lose our energy very quick. So taking carbs for at least three hours can help you get the energy you need.

One other food that I love to eat are bananas. Bananas are the main source for me whenever there is a tournament. It just helps me so much while I bowl, especially in the mornings when your not used to a heavy breakfast. Banana's are another alternative. And you need to hydrate and increase the intake of your water. So I always have at least plain water at the side and for me to get more energy, I drink Gatorade or 100plus. So these are the things that I take whenever I play sports and exercise.
